Terms of Service

  • Application Deadline – April 1, 2010
  • To ensure a space, submit payment and agreement by March 1, 2010.
  • After March 1, 2010 agreements will be subject to availability
  • OAAOM reserves the right to limit or refuse applications.
  • OAAOM assigns space on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Application is not considered valid until payment is received.
  • Application is not considered valid without a signature.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Full Refund – Written notification of cancellation must be received by April 1, 2010.
  • Partial Refund – $50 service charge if written notification of cancellation received after April 1, 2010.
