2009 Summer Picnic at Creston Park
Join us for the first OAAOM Summer Picnic at Creston Park, in Portland, on Sunday August 2, 2009. Many of you have asked us to coordinate social events where we can meet each other and have fun this summer. Here it is!
This fun Potluck event is being coordinated by OAAOM Board member Julia McNeil and is open to all Licensed Acupuncturists and to all students of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Oregon.
When: ~ 1 to 6 PM, on Sunday, August 2, 2009.
Where: Creston Park, 4476 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97206.
Look for the OAAOM Banner!
Please let us know by e-mail (info @oaaom.com) if you are coming, so that we can plan for this event. Also let us know if you would like to volunteer and help with the event.
Please bring a favorite dish for 5-10 people to share with your friends in the Oregon AOM community.
Dishes like green salads, fruit salads, casseroles, and dessert items such as pies would be appropriate. Please also bring a serving spoon or other similar utensil to share your favorite food with your friends. You can also bring your favorite beverage, if you like.
We will provide soft drinks and utensils (cups, plates, and forks).
